Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you buy from our online shop. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Michael Armenian Souvenir Shop, business no. , located at 9 Zion Gate, Jerusalem, Israel (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at daoudsabat@gmail.com or +972 54-451-1580.
2. Placing an order
Product pages, prices and stock levels are an invitation to order. Your order becomes a binding agreement once your payment is completed and you see the order confirmation page; you will receive your order number there.
If an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was shown in error, we will contact you before shipping and you may choose a replacement or a full refund. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent.
Products may be bought by anyone aged 18 or over, or by a minor with a parent’s consent.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. The shipping cost is calculated from Israel Post’s rates for your country and the weight of your order, and is shown before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the amount you are charged.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (PayPal). Your card details are entered on the provider’s secure page and are never stored by us. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a conversion fee.
For deliveries within Israel, prices include VAT as required by law. Contact us if you need a tax invoice for your order.
4. Shipping
Orders are packed at our shop and sent with Israel Post, normally within 2 business days of payment. Delivery times shown on the shipping page are Israel Post’s estimates and are not guaranteed; local customs and postal services can add time.
Every international parcel is tracked, and you will receive the tracking number once it is sent. You can follow your order on the order tracking page. Please make sure your address is complete and correct — parcels returned because of a wrong address can be re-sent at your cost.
If a parcel is lost, we will open a claim with Israel Post and, once the loss is confirmed, re-send the items or refund you in full.
5. Customs, duties & import taxes
Orders shipped outside Israel are exports. Your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. We declare the true value and contents of every parcel and cannot mark goods as gifts or lower their value.
6. Cancellations & returns
You may cancel your purchase as described in our returns & cancellation policy, in line with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
7. Our products
Many of our pieces are carved or painted by hand. Small differences in colour, grain, size and finish from the photos are part of their character and are not defects. Measurements and weights are approximate.
8. Customer accounts
You can buy as a guest or create an account to see your orders and save your address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may close accounts that are misused.
9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered as described. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
All text, photos and designs on this website belong to us or are used with permission and may not be copied without our written consent.
10. Law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Jerusalem have jurisdiction. If you live outside Israel, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. Before any dispute, please contact us — we will always try to solve the problem directly.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
