Every order is packed at our shop by Zion Gate and sent with Israel Post — tracked, with Economy and Express options to more than 200 countries.

Two ways to ship
Economy — Israel Post ECO POST. Our most affordable tracked service for parcels up to 2 kg. Israel Post quotes 5–7 business days to most destinations; allow up to 10.
Express — Israel Post EMS. Fast, tracked and insured, up to 20 kg. Typically 3–5 business days to main destinations.
Shipping is calculated from the total weight of your items plus packaging, using Israel Post’s official price list. Larger orders are split into several parcels automatically.
Shipping within Israel
Domestic orders are sent with Israel Post — see the calculator for the current rate.
Customs & duties
International parcels may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are set by your country’s customs authority and paid by the recipient when applicable.
Payment
Checkout is handled by PayPal. Pay with your PayPal account or as a guest with any major credit or debit card — your card details go straight to PayPal and never touch our servers.
Prices are shown in the shop currency; your bank converts the amount if your card uses a different currency.

Returns & damaged items
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
